NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED URGENT CARE

Absolutely fantastic experience at AMC! The front desk experience was quick and friendly. Dr. Couch and nurse Mandy were AWESOME with my 13 year old son. Dr. couch was very thorough in his testing and X-rays which was relieving and Mandy was so kind, comforting, and had a great sense of humor! We’ll keep coming back if this our regular experience!

My daughter lives in Stillwater and needed to see a doctor. I use AMC Ponca City and suggested she try AMC Stillwater. Having spoke to Keri before with other questions I called her for information on AMC Stillwater. Keri assured me my daughter would be taken good care. My daughter had excellent care and my mind was at ease after speaking to Keri.

It is so awesome that we have such great AMC Urgent care facilities so close to home. I know that no matter which facility I visit I will be greeted with a smile and a welcoming and clean waiting room. I know that if I have any questions or concerns Keri is always kind and happy to help me.

What a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice and professional. Ashlyne at the front desk was great. Mandy the nurse was very thorough, compassionate and went above and beyond to get me scheduled for imaging. PA Couch coordinated with PA Adams on my difficult case to determine the best course of treatment for the immediate future. Thanks to all of you for listening to my concerns and taking my care seriously.

Teagan was such a sweetheart when I spoke with her. I was not sure exactly what I was doing and she helped me every step of the, by far the best service I’ve had in their with the sweetest soul! Thank you Teagan for giving me such a great experience!

My daughter had strep and they took such great care of her. The nurse was so kind doing the tests that usually hurt. I will never go anywhere else. They were patient with her and made sure we had everything we needed.

The receptionist lady was very nice. The nurse and doctors were also very nice. They listened to my symptoms and didn’t try to cut me off at any point. Overall they made the experience very nice despite the issues I was dealing with.

My experience was great overall! From walking in and being greeted by front desk, the sweet nurse, and the PA-Adams. I even got a call a few days later from another doctor or PA to check in on my symptoms. I’ve never had an urgent care show this much empathy in taking care of me. It’s appreciated for sure!

My niece and her family live in Owasso. When I heard AMC was opening a clinic there I was excited. I spoke to Keri and got the the location of the clinic to pass the information on to my niece. Thank you, Keri for your help.

This urgent care location is my favorite one because they are they most efficient and they treat you like they genuinely care. Even the receptionists go above and beyond to make the experience a smooth one. I’ve had several good experiences with Sigita checking my family in and being helpful and kind. We have 2 small children so it feels like we are here often, and I have zero complaints. Thank you AMC owasso!
